I have scored 61.6%in 12th PCM and had appeared for no exam till date. I want to know the college where I can get admission in B.Tech CS.

    Without any engineering entrance exam, you can get admission only in private colleges through management quota which will charge extra fee.

    To take admission for B.Tech, at least you need to appear the JEE Mains Exams even if your score is low. Through JEE you may get college. But now without giving any exams and with very low marks in class 12th, you can get admission in engineering college only by management quota.

    To get entry into Government Engineering Colleges, there are only two ways either JEE or State engineering exams. So, either you can prepare for exams or go for private colleges and universities.
