I have scored 87.93 percentile in CMAT 2018 and expecting a call from IMT, Nagpur. Should I go for it or drop this year?

Asked about IMT Nagpur - Institute of Management Technology - PGDM in Financial Management

I have been getting reviews regarding placements that they are not good enough for finance. The average package is around Rs 5 lakhs so I am confused should I go for it or prepare for next year only genuine reviews.

Congratulations on getting a good percentile. Please go for IMT Nagpur. It is one of the premier business schools in India. Placements for Finance has been good with companies like CRISIL, Verity, SBI, HDFC and many insurance companies visiting the campus. The package offered varies every year according to the profile so you can take the admission without any worries.

    Dear Aspirant,
I would suggest you to go for the process and continue MBA this year itself, it is better to not waste a year and straightway move forward.

    Dear aspirant,
You have a fair chance of getting a call. Talking about placements, the average package has been INR 7.5 lakhs and the highest package is INR 12.5 lakhs. Do not rely on sources other than college website, as they might be misleading.
