Medicine can be simply defined as the applied science or practice of the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of illness to restore health which involves variety of health care practices.
If you interested in Medical field and if you don't want to opt for Maths than you can take Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the subjects.
There are many courses available. You must opt for a course / stream which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
Considering Biology in 12th, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
* Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing etc.
