I have to take admission in DTU in mechanical branch and 65% overall in Diploma so what is the procedure please explain?

The only way to get admission in DTU for Diploma holders is the entrance test that is LEET. I am a student of DTU, so as of now, no notice has been released but you can expect the application form out in the month of June and the test date will be in June itself. Result will be declared in July and admission will be done in the month of August.
