I haven't studied mathematics in my 12th standard. Is it required to pursue mathematics for B.Sc. Food technology in DU?

    Hi,
    Yes, mathematics is compulsory to study for a food technology course, because its likely that the subjects you would study in higher classes would include mathematical modeling of food and processing parameters. You would study heat and mass transfer, thermodynamic, chemical engineering and fluid dynamics which are physics-mathematics based subjects. Best of luck.
