I joined civil branch in nit tirchy in 2020,but not interested that, so I attempt September 2021jee mains got 99.8percentile, I re join cse branch in better nit, last year my college fees free, this year what?, my father income is less than 1L, I belong to obc ncl andhraprdeh,explain my fees stucher
