I just graduated in B.Sc zoology but due to lack of scope in Masters, I want to pursue MBA. Which college will I get after clearing MAT?

It will depend on the score that you have achieved in MAT and on the list of colleges that recognise MAT score as a criteria for admissions into MBA.
It is always advisable to identify the top 10 MBA institutes and target them for seeking admissions
A lot of good MBA institutes also have their own open tests, you can even check on it and appear for the said tests as well.
