I'm 1st-year student of DU but I want to apply again this year and give entrance exams, can I do that without taking a TC from my college?

I am pursuing English honors but I want to give the entrance based courses tests, so can I re-apply for this year and only withdraw my name from the current college if I get a seat? Otherwise, I'll lose my admission.

    Yes, you can do this by giving them one year gap certificate. In this way you will not need TC.
