The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A. (Psychology) degree is having graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honours in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognised universities/colleges of the country for admission to M.A. (Psychology) degree course. You can also search IGNOU. All the best.
