I'm from India & have completed civil engineering. I'm now interested in MS abroad in civil engineering. which is the best and cheap option?
I want to do MS in civil engineering stream. Can you suggest the best university to study it and if there's 100% placement in that university?

It's very nice to see your enthusiasm for studying abroad at the level of PG. But no University guarantee's placements after completing the course. In addition there are many nuances in process of applying for studying abroad. I would therefore like to advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad.
