I'm having JEE Mains 78 marks and rank 101392 and OBC rank 29109 and 12th percentage is 65%, will I get computer science in JECRC?

    Yes, you are having a very fair chance of getting CS branch in the first shift if you have cleared the JEE Mains cutoff.
