I'm in 6th semester (mechanical engineering) with an aggregate of 70%. Will I be able to take MS seat in Germany for mechanical engineering?

  • Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.
