1- Research exams, like syllabus, question format, duration, and books.
2- Make a proper strategy as to how much time to give a particular topic or subject.
3- Try to avoid solving any questions without understanding the concept. You can also understand concepts by solving questions but make sure that you understand concepts.
4- Practice as many questions as possible.

The basic strategy is to maintain consistency right now. Whatever time you have allotted to studies, keep it consistent. Revise, revise and revise. Remember, consistency is the key. Don't skip even a day. Study something every day.
NCERT is the GOD. You must read it so much so that you mug it up. I'd recommend this for all subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
