I'm planning to take a drop for CAT 2019. I'm in final year of BA. Which courses can I pursue side by side for a better CV?

My profile: class 10th- 92%, class 12th- 64%, graduation- 65%. I know, I'm not really eligible for any of the top colleges. I appeared in CAT 2018 and scored 85.8 percentile. If I don't take a drop, which are the best colleges can I apply? Which skills can help me build a better CV?
