As per my knowledge, there are so many renowned universities which offer BCA to the students. I know LPU as my friend is studying there, when I have clarified further I came to know that LPU accepts students in BCA, if they are having 50% in their 10+2 along with English. In this scenario, you are pledging the eligibility criteria, so you can go on taking admission in BCA before 30th April 2020, as it is the last date for availing admission.

You should have minimum 50% marks in class 12th (any stream) to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied Mathematics till class 12th, whereas there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted Arts or Commerce. Yes, you can do BCA after 12th from Commerce even Arts students can also pursue BCA after 12th.
