If you haven't crossed the minimum age limit criteria for Bachelor's (21 years or 23 years), then you are eligible. Provided you are qualifying on other parameters. However, the questions can be raised for your stream change. Hope this helps. Good Luck. -
Yes, you can go for B.Com if you have sufficient minimum qualifications in class 12th.
