Yes, you can get admission in this college with this score and at this rank, but for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

As per my opinion and my knowledge, for taking admission in M.Sc, the score required is of JEE paper 2. The only requirement of NATA is to have 90 + score, so there are chances.

The score is good and also worthy of getting you a good institution.
Bu the point is, why to settle for a mediocre institution despite getting such good score?
I suggest the LPU is right place for this cutting edge program.
LPU has a certain niche and ensures the following program outcomes:
1 : Comprehend design approach and inter-relationship of function, circulation, structure, material and construction, climatology, services, form, aesthetics and apply the knowledge in built environment.
2 : Interpret the facet of architectural design and urban realm context through schematic drawings, project report, physical model and 3 D visualizat

The admission process is done by ACPC, L.D. College of Engg. Ahmedabad, visit www.jacpc.ldce.ac.in.
Once the list of admitted candidates is declared by ACPC, those who are allotted seat at Faculty of Technology and Engineering and Maharaja Sayajiroa University of Baroda, you must apply online for temporary registration on http://msub.digitaluniversity.ac-> Apply for 2017-18 or http://msuboa.digitaluniversity.ac.

You have got a good score in NATA but you lag in JEE paper 2 by 77 marks which is to be considered for admission in various government and private colleges for B.Arch. However, 90+ score is considered in NATA. So I think you might get B.Arch in MSU.

If you have given GUJCET or registered for ACPC counselling Gujrat then there are chances that you may get MSU. If you have not registered for ACPC then there are hardly any chances to take admission in MSU as the same conditions arose with me also.

A gap of 1 to 2 years after 12th can be considered normal. Although the students should be able to address it via the valid documents. The reasons like health, finance, skill development or family are accepted.

Yes, it should not be hard for you to get admission to the University of Western Australia as an Indian student with 50% in class 12th. However, please note that it does not put you in the top applicants either. The general admission percentage requirement for international students is 50 to 65%.

Look at the other admission requirements -

  • English proficiency tests with IELTS (bands 6.5) or TOEFL iBT (82+)
  • High school Diploma from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE etc.
  • Some course-specific subjects for Engineering programs

Top universities require a minimum of 80-90% in your 12th-grade board exams.

  • Average universities often accept students with 60-75%.
  • For highly competitive courses like Medicine, cut off is usually higher.
  • Strong SAT/ACT scores can also compensate for a slightly lower board percentage.

Countries like Germany and Norway are excellent options. Because public universities there charge little to no tuition fees.  The cost of living and education is significantly lower compared to the USA or UK. You must factor in living expenses and language requirements.

Class 12 marks are important for fulfilling the admission criteria and tie breaking criteria (if any) during admissions. Admission to Central Universities are conducted through CUET scores, however, candidates must fulfil the minimum marks requirement for admissions.
