Hello Mahesh Priya, the cutoff for BC category in 2016 was 44.400. So you can easily get a seat at PSGIM but the admission also depends on your rank as PSGIM seats are filled first and faster during the counseling .
the fee structure is around Rs 10 lakhs for 2 year full time MBA programme excluding hostel, travel expenses etc.
