I scored 629 rank this year, 2016 in CET for BJMC in IP university.So, which collage will be the best for me? I want more practicals.

I got 68.5% in my 10+2 this year, and i need a good collage which offers more practical hours. I scored 629 in CET, so i need help. thank you.
