I study in amity and I am cheated by the University so please help me since amity is a big University who to approach. I need my money back.

You can contact the Admission Block of amity university and can send emails to them. You can also contact UGC and tell your problem to them, they will handle the case by themselves. If you have taken admission in Amity, then you can contact your HOI or HOD for further help.
