I've 4-years of experience as a maintenance engineer in Vedanta & would like to go for MBA. Which one should I opt among E-MBA or full-time?

Regular MBA is the best option among regular, part-time and executive MBA. Full-time MBA is taught by extensive case studies and group work. Full-time MBA students have easy access to teachers and fellow students for discussion leading to better learning. Full-time MBA provides an environment for overall development of the student. Executive MBA is an intensive one-year residential or distance learning or combination of residential & distance learning programme created specifically for professionals with work experience of 5 years or more. Executive MBA provides students with the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a two-year full-time MBA. Executive MBA course work is built on the basis of that students will have diverse and extensive work experience by virtue of which they will able to related to management theories and concepts. Executive MBA is rigorous as the syllabus of two years is compressed in one year. If you are not in the position to undertake 2 years leave of absence from the job due to personal constraints, you may opt for Executive MBA. MBA through distance is the third best option.
