I've 50% in honors subject but 48% in aggregate subjects. Now, I'm working as a teacher & have 1-year teaching experience. What should I do?

If you want to be a school teacher, you have to do B.Ed. /D. Ed.
One more thing, you have to checkout for minimum percentage criteria because your are out off from unreserved minimum percentage criteria. -
If you want to be in teaching domain, then it would be better to continue your studies and pursue B.Ed and that you can do through correspondence.
