I've 62% in SSC, 66% in HSC, 65% in B.Com, am I eligible to apply for MBA in a top university? How much do I need to score in CAT and GMAT?

For IIMS, your scores are low. Unless you belong to some category like OBC and SC, it looks difficult. For any decent university, if you score anything more than 95 percentile, you may have a chance.

For seeking admission into top 20 MBA colleges one should try and score more than 90 percentile.
