I've 8 backlogs with over 20 attempts. Do I have a chance to pursue MS in any country? I completed it in 4+1 academic years.

I have a CGPA of 6.3 in the academic year 2013 to 2018.

    Hi,
You just have to start researching and learning about university admission requirements. 20 attempts and 8 backlogs is a big number, considering your final CGPA is also not very high admissions in top rated universities will be a challenge. You can search for programmes in UK, Poland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Australia, Malaysia, etc. Expand your search and explore. For any doubts never hesitate to email the universities. Work on your personal statement, a very good SOP can work wonders. Recommendation letters are also a huge impact factor. IELTS or TOEFL score, GRE also matters. Keep searching.
