I've completed my B.Sc in non-medical & doing B.Ed this year. Also, I've not done any Diploma. So what should I fill in the Diploma option?

What are you asking for? Give the details of the form you are filling to know better. Since you didn't do diploma, you should leave that place vacant or fill in 'N/A'. If that doesn't allow the form to submit, then that means you are not eligible for it.
