I've done my bachelor's in Comp Engg and have 1 year work exp as a software developer. In which college i should apply who accepts backlogs?
10th result - 67% 12th result - 45% CGPA - 6.44 Backlogs- 23 IELTS score - LRWS =&get; 7.5,6.5,6.5,6.

Yes, universities do take a close look at the number of backlogs. Most of the top good universities do not accept more than 6 (or 8) backlogs. For top universities, it would be max 2. Secondly, they would also look at the CGPA in the last 2 years (4 semesters).
