I've got 220 in JEE Mains-Delhi region but failed in maths but I will give improvement & have 67% marks in 12th. Can I attend counselling?

Am I eligible for counselling? I am from SC category. My Mains is cleared but in 12th, am having one reappear in mathematics but I'll surely clear that reappear of CBSE.

    Your JEE Mains mark were good but as you failed in Maths, then you should study first for re exam. Then you should think about opting for colleges.
