I've got 81.4% marks in XII science in UP board & have applied online & selected a college but the college didn't appear, what should I do?

Asked about Km. Mayawati Government Girls P.G. College, Badalpur - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)

I want to take admission in B.Com, the merit list published is 77%. My marks are more but I couldn't get admission & the university told me that I didn't select any college name but I did it. What should I do now?
