I've scored 204 marks in UPSEE but below 45% in PCM in 12th, would I get admission in a college for B.Tech in mechanical engineering?

With the percentage below than 45%, there is very less chances of getting any engineering college. I suggest you go for an improvement exam of 12th next year or you should go for other courses available other than engineering. -
