First of all Shortlist the Colleges or Universities, where you want to get admission. Visit the campus or the website. See their admission process, follow the process. I will recommend you to take admission in Chandigarh University. Firstly, you have to register for cucet. After qualifying cucet you will get scholarship according to marks scored and then you have to pay the amount of course fees.
