I want to become a public speaker, how should I proceed after 12th in this particular field?

Studying in 12th Having a lot of things to share regarding many social issues but I am a little less active towards debate competitions .

Public Speaking courses are being offered by many private institutes, you may find one in your locality. It is not mandatory that you do a Public Speaking Course to become a Public Speaker. But Public Speaking courses may be pursued along with your regular degree programme.
