I want to change my programme opted earlier ie BBA professional but now I decided to change it and opt Integrated BBA+ MBA course.

It's a good decision. Considering the flow is maintained and you are free to pursue various other activities keeping in mind the length of the programme. And of course, the added benefit of entrance exams is cleared, Integrated MBA also provides good placement opportunity too. You can consider the IMBA progarm of IIM Indore for the same.
