I want to do B.Tech in biotechnology and I have PCB in 12th. Is there any maths I have to study during course which wll mke a trouble for me

    Dear Akanksha, You can check the syllabus of LPU BIOTECH engineering here https://www.lpu.in/programmes/engineering/b-tech-biotechnology
    I can SEE that there is no subject from mathematics apart from one topic of probability and statistics in the third semester. So, I don't think there will be any trouble if you pursue the programme here at LPU. Even this credit won't be difficult as the faculty of LPU is expert at these things, they emphasize on experiential learning pedagogy so that you don't have difficulty understanding these topics perceived to be difficult.     Yes, B.Tech in biotechnology has maths as a subject so you need to study maths in order to complete your B.Tech biotechnology.

    B.Tech biotechnology has 4 maths papers in the first two years as all regular engineering courses have. If you are good in basic mathematics of 11 and 12th you can go with.

    Yes, B.Tech in biotechnology has Maths as a subject so you need to study Maths in order to complete your B.Tech in biotechnology. Being LPU alumni, I would suggest you to visit the university website to check the syllabus of LPU Biotechnology. Though there is no particular subject of mathematics, you have to study Statics and Probability.
