Yes, you can do B.Tech after B.Sc but listen carefully, doing what you're not interested in will just waste your time and for B.Sc. It takes three years which will be considered as wasted years of your mainstream study. Surely it will give you knowledge but not totally technical so try to convince you parents to let you do what you want to do otherwise you will end up with wasting the valuable 3 years of your life.

Yes, it is possible but both are graduation. Actually it is a waste of time. You better to do either B.Tech or B.Sc. Physics. And in B.Tech you have physics subject in first semester. And B.Tech is 4 years course and degree is 3 years course. It's better you should choose wisely one course but not both.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Students who have done B.Sc. (IT/ CS are eligible to take admission in B.Tech Computer Science through lateral entry mode. According to the AICTE Guidance, candidates who have completed B.Sc. With a minimum mark of 45 percent and have completed class 12 with the subject of mathematics are eligible. So Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges. Hope it helps.

Hello,
Yes, you can get the admission in B.Tech after B.Sc but if you are interested in B.Tech then you should go with it. If you want to study further after graduation, then you can apply for IIT JAM after B.Tech or B.Sc. You can check the list of B.Sc courses: https://goo.gl/s8ZxFS -
Yes, you can do B.Tech after B.Sc. You will get admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech and both courses will take 6 years for completion. If have good marks in class 12th and you get good college then you may get good opportunities even after doing B.Sc Physics or B.Sc (Hons) Physics. I am enlisting good colleges for Physics:
Indian Institute of Astrophysics-Bengaluru,
National Centre for Radio Astrophysics-Pune,
Raman Research Institute,
Institute of Physics-Bhubaneswar, Orissa,
Osmania University,
Lovely Professional University, Punjab,
Andhra University, Karnataka
City College-Bangalore,
RV Centre for Cognitive Technologies-Bangalore,

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc after B.Tech but it's a very unusual choice. Also, the level of B.Sc education is quite mediocre in our country so from exposure, experience and learning perspective it won't give you much. But if you manage to get a seat in IISc, ISI or other pioneer institutes for BS or B.Sc then it can be deemed beneficial for you.
