I want to do my Bachelors in B.A. In international business from germany. I have arts in class 12th with eco. Can I pursue this degree?

If you are planning for B.A. Then commerce background or arts background you can do it. If it's in Germany you have to check the cutoff on the Germany colleges so that you apply to that college. And if you are study abroad colleges you have to know the language of teaching of that country so as to cope up with the studies and adjust to the environment simultaneously.
