I want to go for a subject which will involve meeting people. Learning about the their cultures art languages. What should I take for MA?
I will be completing my graduation in History honors from Calcutta University by next year. I had English and journalism.

Journalism and tourism are two obvious courses that will fulfill your desire to interact with different people. I would suggest taking Journalism for MA. As it would allow you to visit places. There is a sub-genre in Industry called travel Vlogging. But again your options are not limited. You can join army and get to serve at many parts of India. You can try course for archeology and visit historic and culturally significant places. Or join NGO which works for developing and sharing culture. -
There are courses in Thomas Cook Center of Learning, KUONI travels which will be good for career prospects as well. There is also an MBA in tourism management. -
Travel and Tourism. It is one of the industries which will let you explore various culture, art and it's forms. Masters in Travel and Tourism Management is preferred to learn about new things.
