I want to go for international relations. However, I don't have 50% marks. Will I not be able to make through in Delhi University?

    You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as it is necessary without that you can not apply for the admission.
    your form will not be considered at all.you should keep looking for other universities with lower eligibility criteria.
