I want to have an event management firm.i have just finished my hsc in arts. how should i go through?

I scored 65% in my ssc n my hsc exams were also not so good. right now i am working just to pass my time in the back office of reliance mobile store and i will be sent to be trained to work on the front desk. i really need some guidance as i want to have my own firm in event management please guide.

    Event management is a rapidly growing profession and rather than the qualification, it is all about learning, experience and managing. It requires lot of organising skills, relationship building skills and execution. It is more about being on field. My suggestion is: You should join an event management firm, may it be a wedding planning organisation, a corporate event management organisation etc. You will gain exposure, small details of the necessity of the job and your own aptitude about the role.
