LPU NEST (LPU National Eligibility and Scholarship Test) is a national level entrance test across India. This test aims to bring slabs of scholarships for deserving students who can reach the pinnacle of success by availing good education as LPU believes that financial support needs to be given to deserving students.
Hence it is a gateway to get a good scholarship. The amount of the scholarship a student can get can be huge scholarship slabs which would also vary according to the time you apply for it. The registration for LPU NEST 2020 have already started.

Due to the situation of Covid-19 pandemic, lpu has relaxed their eligibility norms for the students.
Currently, LPUNEST is not a mandate for B.com (Hons.) programme, you can directly apply for admissions with your percentage. If you are expecting more than 90 percentage in your 12th boards, you can avail the maximum scholarship benefit of 50 percentage. i.e. 50 percentage of programme fee will be reduced every semester.
In case you would like to appear for LPUNEST exam to test your aptitude than you can apply online.

Lets go point by point in your question.
1. B.Com hons eligibility is 60% in 10+2 or equivalent, this year the eligibility is relaxed due to Covid-19 lockdowns.
2. LPUNEST will act as a scholarship test this year.
3. If you get 94-95 % marks in 10 +2, you automatically get the highest slab of scholarship i.e 45% of program fee provided you apply before 15th june.
However there are many more scholarships available in different criterion and categories which are as follows:

Due to the current situation, the eligibility criteria is a bit relaxed. The eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. If you want you can give the test for scholarship.

The eligibility of B.Com (H) is 60% and LPUNEST is not mandatory but you can appear in LPUNEST for scholarship. Scholarship is dependent on performance of the student.
