I want to know about the process of taking admission and is it compulsory to give exam for admission?

For taking admission in the hotel management college you need to clear JEE examinations that used to be taken place on All India basis and based on your rank you will get a Central, State or private college.
There is as such no minimum marks is required because its a professional course wherein passing intermediate class with an English as a mandatory subject is rquired
