    GUIDELINES ON MIDWIFERY SERVICES IN INDIA29 Operational expenses of the RMTI and costs towards 18 months training for Midwives at RMTIs are proposed to be met from the course fee from participants. For participants sponsored by respective State/ UT Governments, the course fee is proposed to be budgeted under NHM PIP of the respective State/UT.
