KIT is the best Engineering college in Kolhapur, well good infrastructure and other campus like library, labs, etc. The teachers are also well qualified and experienced. The placements are also good. The latest cutoff of B.E In computer Science and Engineering:
93.71 percentile in 2022
91.78 percentile in 2021 -
KIT is arguably the best engineering college in the region. Good and experienced staff, nice infrastructure, well stocked library, coupled by discipline. They've good placements and pretty decent industry interaction wherein their alumni and other experts come over to campus to guide students on variety of topics. Recently KIT received autonomous status. Unlike many other politico funded colleges, this college is backed by industry stalwarts. Disclaimer: KIT is my alma matter (CSE, 2022) and I regularly guide its students.
