As Susovan has already answered there is no pre-decided cut-off for admission to Ashoka. There is no point in finding out how much was the lowest score, because even the lowest score varies with every batch. As there is no application fee, there is no harm in applying, because that is the only way that you can find out whether you will get admitted or not, and trust me, you could get admitted even if you initially thought you will not be able to make it.
