I want to know which university is more fraud, LPU or CU.

<p>Both Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Chandigarh University (CU) are privately managed and recognised by the UGC, so calling either one “fraud” would not be fair. Both have proper accreditation, regular exams, and degrees that are valid for higher studies and jobs. However, as a student, I feel LPU maintains slightly more structured academic policies, transparent placement drives, and discipline inside the campus. The university also focuses on outcome‑based education and real industry exposure through labs and internships. CU is also growing fast but sometimes students mention overcrowding and limited focus on individual attention. LPU's management system, modern infrastructure, and organized placement record make it appear more reliable and well‑administered overall. So in my view, neither is fake, but LPU seems a bit more consistent and student‑friendly in its overall setup.</p>

<p dir="ltr">CU is one of the top trusted and awarded universities in North India because it ranks first in QS Asia University Rankings. Consistently, it has shown its credibility when it secured 20th in NIRF rankings. Also, it recently performed exceptionally well in national-level events like MAKA Trophy and AIU Youth Festival 2025. What makes CU stand out is the large variety of courses offered, modern infrastructure, full placement assistance, and an excellent practical approach to learning. Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Dell, and Flipkart visit the campus for recruitment. The labs and classrooms are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and there are constant activities and events done by students themselves around campus. Teaching faculty here not just teach, but mentor you for the real world. If students matter to you at every stage in college, then Chandigarh University is the institution for me.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">Honestly, neither of them is a fraud. They are both well-known and recognised universities. But if we talk about rankings and quality, Chandigarh University is ranked #231 in QS World Rankings 2025, which is a big deal. CU is also ranked #20 in NIRF 2024 which is awesome. LPU is also a big name, but when it comes to industry tie-ups and placements, this university is ahead.</p><p dir="ltr">They have dedicated labs with IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and Unisys, which means students don't just learn from books but work on real projects. Their placement cell is also very active. Big companies like TCS, Amazon, and Capgemini hire from here.</p><p dir="ltr">Both universities are private, and obviously, private universities have their own way of working. But this university has been consistently improving and getting recognised globally, which proves its credibility.</p>

Both universities are good and genuine, as LPU alumni, LPU provides quality education, and has provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations, Tie-ups, etc. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personalities and give them a chance to polish their skills. The students of LPU have been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided into dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. A Salary package of 42 LPA was offered by Amazon.

<p>In comparison to Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Chandigarh University (CU), both are good reputable private university with strength in their education and very active campus life. LPU boasts of great variety of programs, superior infrastructure and great industry ties, providing students with many placement and internship facilities. Its variety of international partnerships and emphasis on research contributes to it being a recognised learning hub on a global basis.</p><p>The Chandigarh University (CU) is also admirable given that it has a contemporary curriculum and solid placement history. CU believes in innovation and entrepreneurship which provides students with state-of-the-art labs and entrepreneurial assistance. The university has gained a reputation of faculty mastery and their focus in students.</p><p>Both universities are transparent and have accredited programs or at least they have been continuously rated by the national bodies. They enhance knowledge in skills and employability that prepare the students effectively in their career. One should find out what they are good at, rather than negative, to make a selection on which one suits to their academic objectives and goals better.</p>
