I want to prepare for btech in computer science and engineering from a best college in 4-5 lakh,but I've only 10+2 qualification.what i do?
10+2 passed with 61% (pcm), but I've not taken JEE like exams.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. If you have more then 60% and below 70% in your 10+2 and not written JEE Mains. No problem, you still have an option of writing LPU NEST and avail the highest scholarships at LPU. Even the LPU's lower range scholarships will be good for your budget. Your 10th score if good can also be considered for scholarships. 4 years agoHi Niraj, Well every university is doing good for their students but as per my knowledge I can give you the insight of LPU as my cousin did B.Tech from here and she is placed in cognizant with good salary package.
1) In LPU, the faculty, infrastructure and facilities are excellent as IITs.
2) In LPU, due to tie ups with leading companies such as SAP, Cognizant, Microsoft, BOSCH, CISCO, GOOGLE etc. , the syllabus of courses are vetted and inspected by these company professionals in the beginning of every semester.
