I want to pursue MBA HR as my PG course. What should I do among B.Com or BA psychology after class 12th with commerce stream?

My 12th results are not yet out but I scored 10 CGPA in class 10th. I want to do MBA from IIM. Also, which is the best UG course that should be pursued for MBA?

You must go for psychology as primarily HR has evolved from sociology and psychology. Hence people with a bachelors in such fields have an edge over other students pursuing HR as their PG course.

Since you want to pursue MBA HR, would suggest you to do BA Psychology as this would give you an advantage in the HR field
