    Stress is everywhere.
The most important thing is that which area fascinates you the most. USA has very good scope in mechanical engineering. But please ensure Never apply to AZ, CA, NM as most of the companies here are defence companies and will not hire a foreigner.
For Canada, the scope is good if you study either of the engineering from a Canadian University.

    Hello Athi,
If you are looking for a stress less program you shouldn't be studying engineering at all. Check easy going programs like culinary, counseling and education, arts and linguistic etc. Besides the three branches you mentioned are not co related so high time you know what you are going to do with your life and choose the next step carefully.
