Hello Saniya, It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in pursuing your graduation abroad after completion of your Diploma in electrical engineering in India. Yes definitely you can pursue this option of going abroad for graduation based on your Diploma which will be treated as equivalent to 12th. Here I want to question you about one aspect of the admission process for universities abroad. Unlike indian universities admissions abroad are not based exclusively on the academic performance of the student but is based on the 360 degrees appraisal of the student.
