I want to take admiasion in iisc,Bangalore .is it sufficient to qualify JEE main exam or my 12th result should be good.

IISC admits students through KVPY, State toppers or JEE Mains for their research programme. Check here for all the details and prepare accordingly.

You need to have scored a minimum of 75% in your board exams. Apart from that, you need to either qualify KVPY-SA or SX with a rank as good as 250. The channel through JEE Mains/Advanced is quite difficult as they have extremely high cut-offs there around 250 rank which is very difficult to get as compared to KVPY.
