I want to take admission in San Jose university in 2016, but I don't have TOEFL marks as well as marks of 12th , please tell me how to apply

Hi Mohit,
Universities do allow applicants to submit their application forms. However, your application will not be evaluated until and unless you submit all of your test and academic scores. I will suggest you write to the university, they will guide you accordingly. Good luck.
